Pc Build:
Ryzen 7 1700x
vega 64
16gb ram crucial
Recently when I play overwatch I would get Bsod. Its been happening recently.
Two recent bsod:
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
second one was bugcheck 0x00000019
I have done the basic diagnostics to see where the problem is occurring I have been getting no luck. I have tested my ram with Memtest86 has been fine no errors reported. It is only when I run Overwatch it will crash at times and get the BSOD.
I have also tried reinstalling overwatch just in case. When that failed I updated all my drivers to see if that was causing the issue. I also ran Heaven Benchmark and looked over my temps and it has been in normal range since I first built the pc.
I have uploaded my mini dump files via Dropbox.

Thank you guys in advance!

Solution
search cortana for sound
choose the control panel option
What is showing as default device? hopefully the AMD Audio... just checking what windows is using as default. The realtek one shouldn't be in list.

so overwatch stutters if you use realtek drivers.. thats useful. I mean, almost every PC today has Realtek drivers, it sounds like Blizzard need to fix it their end and not blame the hardware on almost every motherboard selling now.

You have the latest BIOS already installed.

I can't help you with this. Wait for additional replies. Good luck.

First off Thank you for taking the time to analyze the dump files and trying to help. One thing I do remember is that when I installed BIOS #4009 from #3809 the BSoD started happen after awhile. Does that have any issue?

Realtek was having an issue with overwatch voice and was told by the tech support team to disable it as there is compatibility issues. I am using a headset that is plugged in directly from my monitor. Should I enable realtek again?

If you have latest version of catalyst, then the AMD sound driver is newest.

Since Audiodg.exe was what crashed, thats why I asked about sound. It is the Windows Audio Device Graph driver (https://www.howtogeek.com/273764/what-is-windows-audio-device-graph-isolation-and-why-is-it-running-on-my-pc/) and often appears alongside sound driver problems.

Where did you disable the realtek sound card? in bios or windows?

Just wanted to say thank you for helping! I disabled within windows in device manager as instructed by Blizzard Tech Support. I will try enable realtek again to see if the issue persists.
