Hello all,
I have a relatively new Windows 10 computer. Yesterday, my mouse cursor froze -- the computer itself was not frozen but I was unable to use the mouse. The problem persisted after a restart and only after unplugging and plugging the mouse back in (USB port) did the mouse work normally. This just happened again. There were no changes or updates to the computer so I'm not sure why this started happening, and I have not noticed any other issues.
Has anyone experienced this? Do I need to reinstall mouse drivers, or possibly update other drivers? I appreciate any help.
