My Case Air Flow Config./Any suggestions, tips, criticisms?

I included a picture showing my current PC case Air Flow Config.
The top fan and bottom fan on/near the front panel of the case are the stock NZXT S340 case fans...
The bottom 40 mm fan is the Noctua-NF-A4x10-40 mm and the top fan on/near the front panel of the case is a Corsair. 120 MM..
The CPU cooler I went with is the Gamer Storm CAPTAIN 120EX-AIO Liquid Cooler 120 MM.
Any suggestions, tips, criticisms would be greatly appreciated? Did I completely drop the ball by placing the 40 mm fan where I did? I've also been thinking about replacing the top stock fan with the Noctua Fan NF-A14 iPPC-3000 PWM 140 MM or would this be overkill? Would love to get some feedback...
My PSU/GPU (Asus GTX 1080 8gb) fan are both facing down and the CPU fan blows straight out.

I see a few things that are a problem with that setup, That Red LED fan in the front is actually facing the wrong way, its blowing out the front of the case.

The graphics card sucks in air from inside the case and blows it out the back of the case by where the monitor plugs in.

Other then changing the front red LED fan around, thats an ideal setup for air flow, You shouldn't even need that little noctua fan at the bottom as everything should run cool enough.
