Could my NVIDIA graphics card and my AMD processor run Gsync or freesync monitors?

Yes, all monitors are compatible with all devices. If you have an NVIDIA graphics card with a FreeSync monitor, it will just function like a normal non-FreeSync monitor, and vice versa.

CPU brand doesn't affect FreeSync/G-Sync compatibility, only the graphics card does.
