my laptop wont turn on properly. completely black screen with loud fan running.

I turned on my laptop just now and the screen stayed black. However the fan inside the computers was on and was being very loud. This was completely sudden and I have no idea what is wrong with It. It was working completely fine up until now. Please help

Hi, you can try this, remove the battery and unplug the adapter, hold the power button for a minute, connect the adapter and start the laptop. If you still have the same problem, try updating the BIOS with the latest file.
