Can't get 3 monitors to work together

Hi People of the Internet.

I am trying hard to get 3 monitors to work.

The graphic card is: GTX 960

my 3 monitors
Dell (Only got VGA & HDMI)
AOC (Only got D-SUB & DVI)
BENQ (Only got HDMI & DVI-D & D-SUB)

Dell → HDMI to Display port → Graphic card Display port
AOC → DVI → Graphic card DVI
BENQ → HDMI → Graphic card HDMI

But when i plug in my HDMI in my BENQ, all my screens stops working. even if i detach my Dell and then plug in my HDMI in my BENQ, both screens shows nothing.

I ended up buying an adapter that is: Display port - DVI-D

So now my setup is:
Display port → DVI-D → AOC Monitor
Display port → HDMI → Dell Minotor
DVI → DVI → BENQ

Well you can try using integrated graphics on one (or two) of your monitors if you have a cpu/mobo that has it. You should also make sure you go through and have all your drivers updated.
