no reaction when i try to install microsoft net framework 3.5

when i try to install microsoft net framework 3.5 i don't encouter errors but at the same time it doesn't install, when i click on the setup to install simply nothing happens it doesn't install so how can i solve this

Windows 10 already has .NET Framework 3.5 installed by default - - - hence no reaction when you try to run the installer.


Check for it's presence in Control Panel >> Programs >> Turn Windows features on or off
