My computer broke.
When I boot it up, it gets to the blue windows 10 logo and freezes there before I get to the dots going in a circle. This happens when I boot to a recovery USB stick or the hard drive, including the 3-in-a-row restart repair thing (except in that case, it includes white words saying "Preparing Automatic Repair"). I have gone as far as to disconnect all 3 internal hard drives and JUST usint the recovery stick (which works fine in another computer).
I have poked around in the BIOS settings and fiddled with the boot order and turned off quick startup, but with no luck.
Any idea of what kind of hardware issue might cause this? It seems to not be an OS issue since it takes place even when using the USB stick.
