Is there a way to check your RAM quality with a program?

Is there a way to check your RAM quality? I see a lot of tools to check if your RAM is good/bad working I know how to do that. I want to know if I can sort of see if its performing well? Is there anything like this or should I just assume it's fine since it's working?

new iso of windows use the task manager bring up performace it show you how much ram is used in a graft. cpu-z will show you your ram info and speed. it also show xmp profile the overclock speed the ram supports higher then 2100/2400 speed.
