What is the best update of Fall Creators Update (1709)

So I have been informed that the big update for Windows 10 was great which is the Fall Creators Update but right now im in the last update of 1709(KB4134661) and trying to avoid 1803. I would like to go back on a version where Bugs and errors were extinct, but i do not know what update is that and i have lost track of the updates since when i shutdown sometimes it asks for an update which I allow easily. Can anyone tell me what version was the best for 1709 (ex. KB4134661 KB4078408 and there are a lot of them that are coded like that.)
