Monitor stays on black screen after restart

So I recently bought a pc with an unlicenced Windows 10 and at first everything worked fine.
But after I restarted it (for the first time) my screen stayed black and only my cursor appears.

Anybody know what I gotta do to fix this?

Anyways, try booting into fail safe mode. I'm guessing the boot menu appears if you're forced to hard reset the PC? (It's under the advanced boot options in that boot menu) In fail safe mode you can check the Event Viewer for any app or service seemingly not behaving at the previous boot attempt.
