Windows 10 Failed to Install failed in First Boot phase

I would like to upgrade from Windows 7 to 10 (due to certain games requiring 10). When I try to upgrade and the computer resets during the process I get error code 0xC1900101 - 0x30017 "the installation failed in the first_boot phase with an error during BOOT operation"

I have tried disabling all services with msconfig. Turned off firewall and disabled malwarebytes.

I have tried to install from USB and portable hard drive. The main method I have tried is just the regular ISO from computer.

Any suggestions on how to get win 10 up and running? Thanks

I am doing an upgrade, have too many games to perform clean install unfortunately. I am in UEFI, "Callback_BootEnvironmentDetect: Detected boot environment: BIOS"

Had to remove one of the ram sticks and then perform install.
