HELP I cant instalo nothing

hello guys, I have a problem I have a WD Green 2TB and I can't install a OS I have a bootable CD and nothing, My HDD conflicts with my SSD, but i removed the ssd and tried to install thr OS obly in the HDD. I tried a lot of things and still didn't work, I try to reset my pc and nothing the funny this is, that the hdd shows up on BIOS i literally wanna kill myself AHAHAH. I need help pkease.

from a working pc use an 8g usb stick and make a windows bootable usb stick. check your mb see if there two sets of sata ports if there is used the intel ones not asmedia ones. if your ssd is a nve or m2 on newer mb when used they turn off some of the sata ports make sure your drive not on one of the ports that are turned off. use windows diskpart with just the hardd rive plugged in do the diskpart /clean to wipe the wd drive off.

Thanks i will try, its stupid because when i plug another HDD it works with the SSD

Funny thing, i cant create a bootable USB drive, i cant fromat as NTFS great!
