So my pc has two desktops, pictures and documents

C:\Users\User\OneDrive\Desktop
C:\Users\User\Desktop

The default one is the onedrive because it shows all my shortcuts but is there any way to change the desktop, pictures, and documents to the local one?

I have already uninstalled onedrive and I will never use it.

Sorry if I did not explain it well.

Solution
This should do it
(instructions suggest you make a folder outside the users folder as you may not have the ability to change the contents of the one in C:\Users\User\Desktop)
open file explorer (win +e)
right click the desktop folder
choose properties
click location tab
click the browse button
browse to C:\Users\User\Desktop and choose the folder by clicking "select folder"
click ok
Click/tap on Yes to move all the files from the old location to the new location
All the contents will now move to new location
