Seeking help Lenovo T61

So I installed Windows 10 on my Lenovo T61, ever since it is slower than molasses. Now at this moment I can not get anything to happen. The screen comes up with a pic, and no more. I can not bring anything up. Have shut it down, etc... Trying to remove windows10, but I can't even do that now. Any help would be appreciated.

Was this upgraded from a previous Windows version? A clean install is definitely the way to go, especially on an old system like that.

Also, how much ram do you have installed?
