ntoskrnl.exe DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error [maybe solved]

Solution
its blaming win32k.sys which is part of the windows kernel... so not the actual cause

NTIOLib_X64.sys could just be part of MSI Live update 6 if you have that installed.

Is ram running in an XMP setting, see if running it default makes any difference;. I see motherboard supports 3466 which is close to the 3467 its running the ram at.

IRQ errors can be drivers or ram, the error isn't telling me which. Post any more dumps if you get another error.

Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://pastebin.com/aXRVLyGD

File: 072418-5828-01.dmp (Jul 24 2018 - 14:29:22)
BugCheck: [IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (A)]
Probably caused by: memory_corruption (Process: System)
Uptime: 0 Day(s), 2 Hour(s), 52 Min(s), and 26 Sec(s)

The overclocking driver "IOCBios2.sys" was found on your system.
The overclocking driver "NTIOLib_X64.sys" was found on your system.
Please temporarily remove any overclocks as they are often a source of BSODs.

Motherboard: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/Z370-Gaming-Pro-Carbon-AC
It appears as if you have the latest BIOS installed.

Note: This is just technical information about your crash. Others will reply later on that will actually help you out. I can't help you with this. Wait for additional replies. Good luck.
