How to fix Windows 10 0xc000021a Loop w\ Media test failure.

So essentially, My windows would start up but when the loading circle would circle for the 4th time it crashes and shows a BSOD with the error 0xc000021a. I then tried to reach install Windows using the hard drive thing, then it says media test failure. One time, the installation got far but ultimate the loop cancelled it out

Looks like you need to replace your harddrive which is the 'Media' Windows is referring to.
