Z906 playing stereo instead of 5.1

Greetings
I got this new speeker from logitech, but i cant manage to get it working.

My center and sub is not playing in the windows speeker setup (configure speekers)
I have set it to 5.1
L and R is playing
C and Sub is not.

They are connected with the included Jack/AUX cables 6 line (3 cables)

I have:
- reinstalled the drivers
- checked cables and connection (should be allright)
- used the built in sound test on the z906 unit (they all work)
- made sure to make it default device
- searched forums with no real good answer yet.

I hope you can help me

3 with indicator lights on control unit:
stereo 3d sound - simulated 5.1
Stereo 4.1 - just plays stereo signal through front and rear
Stereo 2,1 - Stereo signal

True 5.1 has no indicator light. Worst design move ever.

To get 5.1, you have to use remote to set it with no led ilit and it will be in 5.1 mode - it also only plays 5.1 if the source audio was recorded as 5.1

I know this as I have a set of Z906 and I can get 5.1 through analog cables.
