Reinstalling windows 10

Hey, I wanna reinstall windows 10. My windows is installed on SSD and on HDD I just have movies,pictures. So, I know that I need to clean my SSD but do I need to clean my HDD ?

Definitely put it on the SSD. So clean as much off of the SSD. If it possible move the stuff like documents to the HDD, then reformat the SSD. Then after installing Windows, reload the programs.

That way you have essentially a brand new environment for your operating system without any bloatware.

As far as the HDD, you can clean that up at any time. I do mine whenever the backups accumulate too much.
