Folder Access Denied

i got all the permission but my drive e: keeps on prompting i dont have the permission to access any file on the drive. its start when i install avast antivirus on the drive then boom instant cant access any file on that drive.i still can copy the files but cant delete any or rename or move. please help thanks...........

Can you please try taking ownership of your E: drive as explained here, and see if you can access the files after that?
