I know that Microsoft has an app for that (connect).
I don't think the name was a success cause it really doesn't help on my google searches neither the app itself. I knew it's existence for long time but just now i got word on what it's doing.

Problem is "connect" doesn't seem to see my android.
My android from the other hand sees my PC.
On the cast tab my pc is listed as wireless display but when i try to connect it stuck on connecting....
Ofc on Windows i have set Projecting to this PC-->Available everywhere.
I don't think there is something else that needs doing.

Failing to solve that problem i'm open to 3rd party apps if you know a good one.
I tried Vysor.
I don't know how Vysor pro looks like but Vysor is just trash.

So if you know a better one or a solution to the "connect" app problem.

Some more info about it.
Miracast is build into android from ver 4.2 so my android shouldn't have a problem.
When my pc is connected with LAN Windows tell me that my PC can't use Connect.
So i assume Connect needs a WIFI adapter. I didn't read anything about it anywhere.
Luckily i do have one and when i plug it in and connect with my WIFI adapter Connect tells me that everything is OK.
Except of the fact that it doesn't see my Android ofc.
And then there is the other thing i noticed.
When my Android tried to cast on Windows (it stuck on connecting as i said before) Windows lose internet connection!
And the only way to get back my internet connection is to disconnect from the network and reconnect.
That's really weird isn't it?
Looks like another diamond from Microsoft.
So the problem could be solved if i changed the WIFI adapter.
Problem is i got only one...
