can't log into toms

Hi there. I hadn't logged in a few months... and when I tried to log in I got. Authentication error or something like that... I tried resetting my password, but I never get the reset email. This is quite frustrating. I tried to contact support at the bottom, but it is not for toms, its for something else. can anyone help me?

Ill pass this along to the higher ups, its a known issue right now that there are some log in issues.

This has been an issue for many months. Use edge or IE browsers instead of chrome or firefox.
