Windows not booting from new SSD

I bougth new SSD to my ProDesk 400 G3 MT Business desktop.

First i disconnected the old HDD then i installed fresh windows on the SSD.

After installation the pc restarted but windows did not start and i got black screen for a while and a message no bootable device after.
My ssd now is partitioned into 3 partitions

EFI System
Primary

I would go into the BIOS and first make sure it's recognized and then I would put it at the top of the boot order. If you do this and still have a problem, there is something else going on.
