How to install windows 10?

So i just spent $3,000+ on pc parts for my first build. Only one problem, i am fairly certain you need a windows 10 cd to install windows 10, corrECT? And i remember seeing a long time ago that windows 7 used a cd to instal itself. Yet, i cannot find a windows 10 cd, only a usb? So what gives? Am i supposed to intall from a usb?

Since this is a new pc, it will be a clean/fresh install.

Wrong. Windows 7 or Windows 10 will not fit on a CD. For Windows 7 you need a DVD and for Windows 10 you can use a DVD or USB stick. Download the media creation tool and use Rufus to create your own installation media.

Lol.... Sorry.... My mistake. I meant DVD. So you suggest i create my pwn installation media? I already read about that 20 minutes ago. However, when i was younger i remember seeing a windows 7 DVD that was bought in a shop, in actual packaging. And also seeing them in JB Hi-Fi. So i am asking if i can get windows 10 ALREADY on a DVD.

I have not seen a DVD of Windows 10 for months. A USB is preferable because of UEFI compatibility. They are easy to make, it takes about 15 minutes with a high speed internet connection.

Installation using USB flash drive is more convenient and significantly faster.
DVD drives are rarely used anymore. Most of modern PCs don't have a DVD drive.
