Does a RDP(remote desktop connection) have both way viewing

Hi Guys

I want to run a RDP on my company cloud server for valuable data to be stored but I want to know if my employees have log in their RDP will i be able to track their browsing outside of the RDP or view what they are currently doing outside of the RDP

No. RDP is one way view only. You will have to install other software on their pc's to monitor what they are doing on them.
