Move windows via ssd?

I am currently building a new pc and i dont want to put any money on new hard drives or ssd’s and not on a new windows 10 since i allready got it on my old one. I dont have a usb stick that i could copy windows on. My question is Can i move windows via ssd and how in that case?

Operation
Moving a drive with its included OS has 3 possible outcomes:
1. It boots up just fine
2. It fails completely
3. It boots up, but you have lingering issues for weeks.

I've seen all 3.
Anyone who says "Oh, it just works" is simply blowing smoke.

With all new parts, a clean install of the OS is highly recommended, often required.
Prepare for this.
