PLEASE HELP ME!, Im still dealing with this error "the application was unable to start correctly 0x00000007" TRUST ME I DID EVERYTHING RIGHT! I install game with my antivirus and firewall off then i downloaded the 3 patches 1.5.2 1.5.3 1.5.4 open setup and make codex copy the crack files to my game folder and when i launch it still it shows up THIS **** ERROR! I dont know how to fix it please i need help! I use windows 10 pro build 1803 my video card GTX 1050 TI all drivers are installed proc. i5 8400 Game ( Hearts of iron iv ) I CAN ALSO DOWNLOAD TeamViewer so someone can connect to my pc and help me solve this problem.....

Your problem is in your post "copy the crack files". Get the legit game install files and you'll be fine.
