Hello everyone! Anxiety person here :/

I've been a Chrome user for years and I've been realize that the Chrome window is ocuppying more space than the usual, covering part of the taskbar (I'm a TOP taskbar user).

I don't know if I explain myself so here's a picture

In first instance I've been tried to set the taskbar dark (I'd had to use a .reg file to do it, because for some reason Microsoft decided to make it a little bit transparent in the last update, thing that I hate really much) and didn't solve the problem.

I've tried EVERYTHING to fix this, like restarting the explorer, installing custom themes (wicht I don't like), updating GPU drivers, downgrading GPU drivers, installing Windows again, and the error still happens and makes me really unconfortable

Please help me if you can! I'll apreaciate so much! :)

have you tried

Taskbar and Start menu > Autohide the task bar

open chrome, mouse over top to bring taskbar down (should appear on top of chrome now) then whilst it is on top, deselect autohide and select Lock taskbar

any joy?
