I've had this issue before, and I have no idea how I got rid of it, but when elements on the screen move around, mostly the smaller ones, I get noticeable, annoying ghosting. I also noticed that lately I'm getting screen tearing, even though I have a gsync monitor.
I'm using a GTX 1080 and a Asus Predator Monitor, but I have a feeling it's not hardware. At least I hope not. Let me know what you guys think.
These are some shopped images of what I'm seeing, since I obviously couldn't take a screen capture.
After a quick check I can confirm it happens on my second monitor as well.
After another quick check, I can reasonably assure that it's not my monitor, as it doesn't happen at all when I use my PS4.
