After reinstalling Windows 10 on a new SSD its all laggy

I just bought a new SSD and was very excited because Ive always had a HDD, I couldn't figure out how to transfer windows from my HDD to the SSD so someone just told me to unplug the HDD and reinstall windows onto the new SSD, wel after 2hrs of installing, I am greeted with a leggy mess, it looks like my entire PC is capped at 30fps, or now that I think of it, it looks like its in safe mode. Clicking the windows button in the corner make the tray come up fast but really stuttery, this also goes for anything else on the computer including this website, I've searched everywhere and have no idea whats wrong. Should I just Reinstall windows because its unbearable to use.

Well it would seem that I am just a huge idiot as all I had to do was update my Graphic card drivers
