Decent all around 24in monitor

I am looking for a 24in monitor from a reliable brand that has the following features:

• 
  - IPS Panel
  - FHD resolution or better
  - VESA mountable
  - Thin bezel
  - Flicker-free (I spend my day in front of a computer)
  - Anti-glare
  - HDMI and/or DP input
  - DP output for daisy chaining (nice to have)

I will be purchasing 2 monitors and may potentially add a 3rd and even a 4th one for my multi-display setup. Therefore a model that will not break the bank would be nice. I am looking around 200 US$ price point.

The Dell P2414H is perfect for you. Matte screen, super color accuracy, IPS, VESA, flicker free, DVI & Dispalyport. You can get a DVI-HDMI adapter if you like. Great contrast ratio so blacks and dark scenes look out of this world, unlike some IPS screens.

You can't get them new now but they are available on Ebay, new but mainly used.

I have a glossy Dell IPS 1080p screen. I have the blue channel at 36%, red 52% and green 49% to create a low-blue-light mode with the brightness at 20-35%. The blue colors still look good enough. The sharpness is set at 100%.
