How to reinstall windows 10

Hi, i want to reinstall my windows 10 but i dont know how. Reason of this is because i think i got trojan in my pc. Windows defender detected it and instantly delete it, but i still have something that is running my cpu. I have very high cpu usage in game, and when i open task manager i see something is using my cpu. Every 10 minutes my pc opens chrome and one ad. I dont have cd/usb so is there a way to do it without usb/cd. I want to delete everything from hdd and ssd.

You will need an 8GB USB stick. Go buy one.

Disconnect all drives except the one you want the OS on, the SSD.
Then, How to do a CLEAN installation of Windows 10
Pay close attention to Section II, Step 6 & 7. This is where you delete all the partitions on the SSD and start with a blank drive.
Reconnect the HDD later, and DELETE all partitions on it.
