i somehow messed up fonts of google chrome and IE! screenshot included!

Few hours ago i installed a software from the year 2009(pretty old) on my win 10, 64 bit, vs 1703, then i decided to uninstall it. ever since i did that fonts of my google chrome and internet explorer started looking weird. I can restore my pc cause i hadn't enabled it. How can i bring it back to normal? I'm pretty sure that software has uninstalled some font along with itself. Here's screenshot :-

Thats not a solution... my zoom is at 100%... Have you noticed the words written in BOLD fonts? those are the issue.
