Computer Freezing and restarting

Hello forum goers, quick question for you all. So here's the situation my comp has been running fine no problem but randomly the other day after downloading a game from steam and i try to play it (played it before) loads up fine but as soon as i go to click anything my comp freezes amd restarts and keeps getting stuck in a boot loop.. Already tried a reset which only worked temporarily so any further insight to what might be happening would be awesome! Thanks in advance P.S i should also note that i have gotten my pc to boot up successfully since the reinstalling Windows but still having the issue of my pc restarting whenever I attempt to game and as far as i can tell it isn't a heating isssue.And here's my pc specs:
Desktop
OS:Windows 10
CPU:AMD a6 5400k
Motherboard: Asrock Fm2a75 pro4+
RAM: 8GB DDR3 Gskill
GPU: GeForce GTX 650
HDD: Seagate low space very old model x2
PSU make and age: its about 4 years old now
