I just got a new laptop but it is loaded with hp programs. which of these can i safely uninstall?

I tried searching for answers but they don't include all programs. can anybody help?

Format and install clean is what I always do. They screw it up royally. I were you I would remove every last one of those and probably everything else that they’ve installed that isn’t windows other than that format reinstall and are your best options. You’re not going to format and install then just remove everything except the drivers
