Sceptre E225W vs Acer SB220Q

So i am looking to purchase a monitor for gaming but i would like my monitor to last a couple years the last monitor i had which was a proscan lasted a couple months. i would like to keep the price under 90 dollars (Amazon) and these were the two i found. Both have 75hz refresh rate, both have 5ms response time.

Which would you recommend for gaming and durability? if you have another monitor under 90 dollars that has similar specs to this one that would be great.

If it's between those two alone and keeping your budget in mind, I'd pick the Acer.
