Computer won't post

I have a ryzen 5 2600 build and I installed it all into the case right away. The first time I booted it up was with ram processor and sad and hard drive.
Everything turned on and the fans light up. But I was not getting any video output. Then I waited until I got my graphics card and then booted it up and still no post. I really would like some help.

Refurbished Seagate barracuda 3tb

That mobo doesnt support 2nd gen Ryzen out of the box. Needs a bios update. Read this thoroughly and see which option is best for you:
