I cant log in to my account on tom's hardware

Hello, after i reinstalled my windows i couldnt login to my tom's hardware account.I have tried to change password atleast 5 times, and nothing. It always says WE'RE SORRY, SOMETHING WENT WRONG WHEN ATTEMPTING TO LOG IN. What should i do? I really want that account back.
