Looking for cheap chinese 144hz monitor, more specifically to be under 200$ with shipping if this is even possible becouse on alibaba there are monitors for 100$ but the shipping is also 100$ so that kind of sucks . If anyone knows anything better please share!! )

Does newegg ship internationally? I've never bought from there, becouse I don't live in the US.

I bought the 27" inch version of this monitor when it was available, and it arrived in perfect condition with 0 dead pixels despite being refurbished. All the reviews are good for Insignia, they just stopped making monitors for unknown reasons and these are probably the last you'll find for sale.
