Is R9 380 enough for Ultrawide?

Hey guys, i want to buy an ultrawide monitor but i dont know if my gpu would be able to push games at this resolution, no need to be high settings, medium will do just fine. Will my system be able to handle it?

Monitor is the LG 34um68-p

Specs:
Intel Core i5 8400
G.Skill RipjawsV 8GB 3000Mhz
Powercolour R9 380 4GB
MSI Z370 Tomahawk
EVGA B3 750W
