Will 2 more case fans aid me with this CPU overclock? Should I also get a liquid cooler?

I've been testing overclocks on my CPU and I now know that I max out at 3.8GHz with 1.325v. However, I've been running Rivatuner statistics while testing it out on games like Battlefront II and the cpu will go over 80 degrees Celsius in a matter of minutes and will not go down. I've already ordered two more case fans. Will 2 more 120mm case fans be enough to keep it below 80 consistently? If not, should I get a liquid cooler?

Also, when you order the fan, does it come with the wire to connect to your motherboard or does it come separately?

The case fans won't help much. After hitting 80C, I'd replace the paste, and OC until it hits a smaller number (like 70C Max) and yes, a liquid cooler would help a lot, and tbh, I have no idea if the cable will come with it, but if I had to guess, I'd say yes.

It says that my case will support radiators of 120, 240, and 300mm but do the in-between radiators like 200mm also with my case?
