PC turned off all of sudden with random pixel bug and I tried removing GPU RAM and cleaned it then re installed it and it finally turned on but have a look at this, what might be the problem here? Is my GPU? I tried installing only 1 ram and display came up to life but then started showing up someweird things on screen. Thank you for your help.

If the 730 runs without any problems or whatsoever then i would return the gtx 1060...
Not sure if you told us: What is your PSU?

I tried plugging via motherboard (VGA port) and no results, black screen, even the keyboard lights wont work when I press numlock etc. Ive used this exact setup for over 4 months, however this started happening since today after i reinstalled my windows. I used to get a frozen screen all.of sudden then the pc starts working again, today it frozee with a beep voice and the display went off

Try switching between your RAM sticks in each port. Try each configuration until you find something that works. If you don't find something that works, you might need new RAM. Again, I wouldn't rule out the PSU but I've never had a computer artifact from a PSU.

Okay, somehow managed to make it run by connecting vga to motherboard and it runs! Am surprised that the EVGA GTX 1060 has only been like 6 7 months and stopped workijg? Could it be the HDMI port ruined? Is it worth a try connectijg it to DisplayPort? :/

Thank you everyone for taking your time and replying! I somehow managed to get it work, the problem is with the GPU! I took it out and cleaned it, I've no idea how it had some watery substance on the inserting slot area. However the first try did not get it working, I had to slightly push the GPU forward and bam the screen is on without any artifacts. I hope this problem does not come back. Could it be my case or the GPU is at risk because of the slight water on the slot area? I cleaned it thoroughly.
