Need Opinions on what to buy.

Hello, i currently have a Pentium G3258 paired with gtx 750ti, should i upgrade to i5 4460 and gtx 1050ti? or buy i3 8100, h360 mobo, ddr4 ram and wait for a month to buy gtx 1050ti? And in my country i5 4460 costs around $160~$170 and 1050ti costs around $220 max. i3 8100 costs $140, h360 mobo around $80, 8gb 2400mhz ram around $100.

Roughly 10 FPS boost just from the CPU.

Hmm, i think 10 fps is not worth for the price i'd be paying.
