No Display to Screen

Hello I am extremely confused by this problem. So, I have a dell vostro 260 that's paired with a gt 1030 and has a motherboard of 0gdg8y 1155 chipset. When i power everything on the fans spin for a second but there is no display. I bought a new motherboard and that didn't seem to do anything. The weird thing is there is no beep code when I turn it on. Fans spin for a second and then they stop. There is power going to the Mobo as well. I switched out the psu and in both cases they didn't work. There is no beep code like there is with Ram. It is an i5 2400 an older cpu. Hopefully you guys can help me confirm it is the cpu! I don't think I was overclocking the cpu as I don't know how...

You should check the PSU first. This is the number 1 suspect and then comes everything else. On the other hand CPUs don't die very easily unless of course you over-volt them during overclocking. Good luck.
