Was on my computer, froze while watching YouTube and releases loud sound in headphones. Turned computer off and turned it back on. Now the HDMI and USB ports do not detect anything

I don’t know much about computers so I’m searching up what you mean for the questions. I cannot get into my BIOS. Are the onboard connectors the front USB ports? If so they don’t work.
