Freeze on spinning dots

Hi. Today I got a new PC and everything was totally fine ... in the beginning. Installed some common apps (chrome, bitdefender, irfanview, vlc, steam, nvidia updates) and already running some windows updates as far as I know.

Then I played a game via steam (ARK) for around 30 minutes and the whole system was frozen from one second to the next, so I had to do a hard reset.

Now while booting I just get to the company logo (not windows yet) with the spinning dots, and after one or two seconds everything freezes (and keyboard lights going off). Sometimes it starts the "preparing automatic repare" thingy and freezes on the dots as well.

Googled around (looks like 100k user having the same issue with x different solutions), but nothing worked. I tried, e.g.
- remove power / battery
- remove usb connections
- trying to start into safe mode (not working at all)
- start from usb stick (goes to blue windows logo, dots coming, freeze)
- tried to play around in BIOS (MSI click bios 5)

Nothing worked. I am not able to enter safe mode to do anything there. I am not able to reinstall windows from the usb stick (what would be totally fine since I have the PC since just some hours ... nothing would be lost).

May you have any suggestions?
