Display issues after May 2018 Windows 10 update: I have an NVidia GeForce GTX 960 graphics card and a Dell S2417DG monitor. That windows update back in May 2018 messed up display to where it will no longer fill my monitor. There is now ~half inch black border around my screen. I've checked all resolution settings and even tried to manually resize screen but it is capped to this display no longer filling the entire monitor. Also some icons are now blurry.
The screen is still big enough to use but annoyance i don't have the display filling all the way to the edge of my monitor screen. Drivers from the graphics cards and monitor manufacturers are both up to date as of Aug 2018.
I've posted this on windows feedback forums and Nvidia but no replies from anyone on a fix.
