Weird Color Glitch when Loading game

Basically, when I load up a game it comes on as purple blue pink etc. I can still play the game but it will be those colors. The way I change it is I go to full screen mode and then take it off. But then it will turn my whole desktop those colors when I close the game. I don’t know what to do

That is my problem, I’m saving up for a graphics card. So I’m using a cpu with integrated graphics. Do you think this is why this is happening?
