My desktop is shutting down automatically what will I do

My desktop is shutting down automatically. I have installed zebronics ups but stile the problem having in the computer what to do

Run Reliability History to look for error codes and warnings.

Simply type in "Reliability History" (without quotes) into the "Type here search" box.

Look for red and yellow icons. Especially those that appear just before or at the time of the shutdown(s).
