I had a horrible problem printing but found a simple solution. Wanted to share with the world
I don't know how/why but all of a sudden, my printing (anywhere, 2 wireless printers - very expensive, different brands) just took forever. I literally could print, go see a movie and it would print while I was returning.
Disabled my damn virus scanner and all printed instantly. Worthless free virus scanner doesn't make it easy to tweak either. Trying to add exceptions to IPs and reboot now. Either way, I just disable my virus scanner, then print, then re-enable. Kinda lame but at least I am FAR less frustrated!!!
